- HANDLE ROTATION: The NKJ35A single-handle faucet rotates differently than the regular K35A cartridge. The NK-35 model has either NKJ (right rotation of temperature range) or NKB (left rotation of temperature range) volume and temperature control. Both options, however, are ideal for a side-mount faucet to keep the lever from hitting the backsplash.
