A solvent type concrete/stone (as well as wood and metal) sealer for use on pavers, concrete, brick, mexican tile and stone to retard moisture loss or on old concrete to prevent powdering, spalling and deterioration. Great for pool deck sealing. Gives a lusterious "wet-look" on chattahoochee. Don't be fooled by other similar products, our Quick Dry Seal has double the acrylics and polymer sealants for a deeper shine and longer lasting finish. Coverage is 250 sq.ft/gallon depending on porosity/texture of substrate. Extremely porous surfaces may require a second coat for maximum performance.
