The Vine Co Original Series Californian Trilogy Red Wine Kit is a blend of 3 grape varieties which will make you 30 bottles of outstanding quality wine, which has a distinctive flavour of black cherries and blackberries that only the best grape juice concentrates can make.

The Vine Co Californian Trilogy Red Wine Kit is a medium dry, medium bodied wine, with flavours of blackberries and black cherries. The oak chips add sweet spice notes of vanilla and clove along with a wonderful velvety texture.  Tip: You don't need to the oak chips.  Leaving them out will remove the vanilla and allow the tannins in the wine to push through, which will make the wine a little drier with a crisp edge.

The Vine Co Trilogy Wine kit is an easy to make red wine kit. The strength of the wine will be around the 13% ABV mark and will take approximately 4 weeks to make.

In this kit you get 8 litres of grape concentrate (that you top up to 23 litres with tap water), the perfect yeast for this style of wine and the other ingredients to make sure this wine kit makes you 30 bottles of wine that you would find on the expensive shelves of the supermarket aisle. 

Once bottled it is best left for 3 - 6 months to mature.
